X-ray device with high spatial resolution
X-ray apparatus with a spatial resolution of 1-2 microns and a flash duration of 1 ns for the study of biological objects with a user-friendly change of the emitter and the observed object.
The device is designed for X-ray probing of various biological objects and obtaining their images with high spatial resolution (not less than 2 microns). The samples are not placed in a vacuum, which makes it possible to study living objects in a mode that is safe for their life. Also, the device does not have a destructive effect of electrons on the objects under study. It can also be used for the development of diagnostic techniques for studying dense high-temperature plasma (X-ray cameras and spectrographs, radio emission spectrometers, pinhole cameras, semiconductor and vacuum radio emission detectors, X-ray shadow sensing, etc.)
Application:
- Research of biological objects;
- Quality test of thin coatings;
- Non-destructive testing;
- Research work in the field of studying thin coatings, their structure and adhesive properties;
- For educational purposes in biology, medicine, micromechanics, etc.
